Job Description:
As a Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in healthcare digital marketing, specializing in strategy, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), brand identity, and interaction design. Your primary responsibilities will include creating a seamless and engaging customer experience across various platforms to attract new nurses and clients which will drive our revenue.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: From $30.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialize in recruiting strategies to attract top talent to our company (preferably in the healthcare space).
- Apply healthcare industry knowledge to tailor marketing strategies.
- Have a track record in business development campaigns.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote active engagement and increase revenue.
- Utilize service sales expertise to drive business growth.
- Create and maintain a unified customer experience across multiple digital platforms.
- Develop and curate dynamic content to engage our target audience effectively.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to expand our online presence.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
- Oversee web design, SMS marketing, and mobile application strategies.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Implement creative and technical solutions to enhance user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
- Ensure our brand identity is consistently reflected in all digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in successful digital marketing campaigns that have increased revenue with a focus on strategy, UX, UI, brand identity, and interaction design.
- Expertise in social media management and SEO optimization.
- Strong background in web design, SMS marketing, and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with AI technologies in digital marketing.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Service sales background is a plus.
- Specialization in recruiting strategies is an advantage.
Preferred but not required:
· Bilingual with Spanish
· Familiar with EOS experience
· Certifications in Saas, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRMs
· Adobe Suite, Canva, graphic design or video editing experience
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications
